Tenant Requirements

  • Application Requirements
  • Completed application and application fee ($35 per person) paid by
  • cashier’s check or money order.
  • Verifiable income (by pay stub or employer) at least three times the monthly rent

  • Total monthly debt payments (car payment, credit cards, etc) may not exceed 55% of
  • the total (combined if applicable) monthly income
  • Credit history should be clear of any RECENT (within 12-18 months) collection accounts,
  • charge offs or liens
  • Previous rental history/landlord reference for two consecutive years
